tastekit.zip is a reference library: screenshots of shipped iPhone apps, collected so designers and AI coders can study how real products solve common screens. Here's who owns what, and how to get your app out of it.

Who owns the screens

Every screenshot shows an app made by someone else. Those companies own their apps and everything in them: designs, logos, illustrations, photos and copy. tastekit.zip claims no ownership of any of it, and an app being in the library doesn't mean its maker works with us or endorses us.

What buyers can do with them

Look, learn and reference. The library is for studying layouts and patterns, by you or by your AI coder, before you design your own screens.

Buyers can't resell or share the library, publish the screenshots, or put them (or another company's logos, illustrations or copy) in their own products.

Is your app in here?

If you make or own an app in the library and want it out, email us and we'll remove it. Please include:

  1. The app's name, and which screens if it isn't all of them.
  2. Your name, and how you're connected to the app: its owner, someone who works there, or someone acting for them.
  3. A line saying you believe in good faith that this use isn't authorized by the owner.
  4. A line saying the information in your email is accurate.
  5. Your full name typed at the end, as your signature.

What happens next

We reply within two business days. Once we've confirmed the request, the app's screens come out of the library and out of every download from then on, and we email you when that's done.

Not the owner, but think something in the library shouldn't be there? Write to the same address and tell us why.
